I have been getting consistently good results using the methods and charts described on this blog for years. If you decide to utilize any of the information presented here and fail to get results that are satisfactory to you, I'd be sorry to hear about it but that's your problem not mine.
Fine print caveats:
1) I think its a shame that disclaimers are necessary in the first place. Has the American morality deteriorated so greatly that we must subscribe our failures to someone else and then expect someone else to pay for any harm that comes our way? Do people need protection from their own thoughts and false beliefs? (these are rhetorical questions)
2) I do have compassion for those who are lacking in intelligence or common sense, those who may fail to succeed using what I have outlined on this blog . But since they made a conscious decision to try implementing my ideas without my forcing it upon them I claim no responsibility for their decisions, actions or failures.
3) I am not demanding nor expecting payment** in any form from anyone should they succeed using the information presented here although I believe that common courtesy dictates my expectation to receive credit for content found here if it has been used by others to further their trading adventures and/or ventures.
4) I claim ownership of the ideas and procedures on this blog. Any unauthorized commercialization, copying, or non-individual public use of these materials will be considered harmful to me and will be prosecuted as civil and/or criminal activities to the fullest extent of any applicable laws of the United States of America, laws of the State of Florida or those laws of any country that claims any respect for the rule of law.

6) (11/22/2013) The info presented on this blog comes with no strings attached. Lest you are thinking that I created it out of the goodness of my soul simply to help other traders, I can assure you that I'm not all that altruistic...Primarily this blog is for me - to keep me focused and interested in what I love doing: Trading for a Living, not a killing.
