........3c...TIME FRAMES...chart set-up

These pictures should give you a good idea about
what I mean by monitoring multiple time frames

Overall perspective -- Control panel with a 3 month Daily chart occupy one monitor.

Mid term perspective -- Time based charts:
Showing the entire 24 hours of the current session (left) and the previous several sessions (right).
The left chart is sized to fit 15 minutes bars...it is usually "on top", overlapping the right hand chart.
The right hand chart usually has 60 minute bars and is sized to show 5+ sessions (when it has focus).

Short term perspective -- Time based charts:
Set up for viewing activity for the past 2 hours (left) and 6 1/2 hours of the current session (right)
The right chart will show the major market hours, 9:30 AM thru 4 PM at the close of the day.

Very short term perspective -- Tick charts:
Showing between 5 minutes to 15 minutes of market activity...the ticks-per-bar
are adjusted to suit conditions a few times throughout the day.

Extremely short term perspective -- Tick charts:
These will often show less than 1 minute of activity...several times throughout the day
the ticks-per-bar are adjusted to suit conditions
These are my primary T-Mode order entry charts - on chart ordering is enabled on the faster chart.

This is how they appear on my 6 monitor Trade Station:
